President Bush reconfirmed to congress that he wants to see the economic stimulus package voted on quickly. The House is ready to go but the Senate is stalling. Senators don’t really like to be told how to vote. It seems inevitable that the package will pass both houses, the question remains of how much will it cost once Senators add their fluff to it.
Our economy is on crutches. The Housing / Credit market is hurting and the Stock Market doesn’t like what it sees. Bush is urging economic action and don’t be surprised if within 10 days, the bill becomes law.
